Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I took my Note 9 for a replacement screen and they did a great job. The phone was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Total Mobile and if the need arises I won't hesitate to use them again.

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like this place deserved one after the exceptional service and great advice. Not only was the service fast, but it was done so thoroughly and respectfully. The staff is so generous and insightful. My phone screen was cracked and the screen was unresponsive and they were able to get it fixed in less than 10 minutes, that's basically an oil change! It didn't even feel like I was waiting because the conversation and the time I spent there was amazing! The quality and service was so good I had to buy more products because these people deserve so much for the work they do, please do not hesitate to go here! I recommend 11/10! Excellent service, proper care and support. I appreciate it so much, thank you so much Max, I will definitely be coming here and sending more of my friends and family members anytime we come across these issues, you guys made me feel so comfortable and I never been to a store that felt like home until now. thanks :')

Alex from Total Mobile was very pleasant and helpful and he did an awesome job. I took my phone for him to repair the Screen about 12:45 and I was able to pick my phone up within 2 hours. I highly recommend .I am very satisfied with the service they provide

I have lived all over the US and this is hands down the best phone repair shop I have ever been to. I went to Total Mobile because my IPhone charging port was broken and I could not charge my phone. I had to leave the next morning for a business trip and desperately needed my phone to work. I received excellent customer service and they fixed my phone astonishingly fast same day. Nicest staff ever. This will be my go-to shop for all my phone repair and purchase needs. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Joe was fantastic!! He transferred my old LG phone information to my new Samsung phone, got all my apps working, then activated my new phone. I could never have done this without his help. He was very kind and patient with me. The price was more than reasonable! If you have phone or computer needs check them out, you won't be disappointed!

"I had a fantastic experience at this store! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. I initially came in to fix my son's iPad, but the representative honestly advised me that it wasn't worth repairing as the cost would be almost the same as buying a new one. Thanks to their helpful suggestion, I was able to finance two new iPads – one for my son and one for my spouse – just in time for Christmas! My son and spouse absolutely love them. I'll definitely be back to get another one for me soon. Highly recommend this store!"
